Is Satanism still relevant?

People within the occult movement tend to be rather pessimistic with regards to the relevancy and integrity of Satanism in the 21st century. Well, the question isn’t exactly as simple as whether or not it is relevant. We need to first take into account what Satanism is.

I consider the only valid definition of Satanism to be whatever works for the particular Satan, or the adversarial person. In other words, if you take on the Devil’s name and play the Devil’s game, Satanism is whatever it is to you. It’s not up to me to determine your life for you. If this is what we understand as Satanism, then yes, it is and always will be relevant. The only problems would have to arise from the particular person and their personal shortcomings.

There’s, of course, another way to look at Satanism, a way I violently disagree with, and that’s to look at a book, a guru or what have you and just calling that Satanism. If that’s how you look and it then yes, sooner or later it’s going to be outdated and irrelevant. That’s also the biggest problem with mainstream religion: dogma. Dogma will always be outdated and struck aside at some point.

That said, I do consider Satanism very relevant, I think it always will be. What you choose to call it is a separate issue entirely: what matters is the essence. It’s the Satanic spirit of progress, strife and antinomianism that matters.

The Adversary and creative destruction

Progress is achieved through strife. Always. Nothing comes from stagnation but more of the same. It is the outsider, the hated, the different that causes progress in this world. Scientific discoveries, philosophical breakthroughs, political revolutions, it is that which we call Satan, the Black Flame, which creates all of these. Who else, but the rebel is it that brings forth chaos from which progress can yet again manifest? Who else, but the dark hand of Satan?

Satan, that figure whose very name means adversary, why should it be a surprise that it’s none but him that creates all that we now take for granted, but fought tooth and nail to prevent just yesterday?

Lucifer, the light-bearer, the bringer of knowledge, is it thou who hast fallen from heaven, or is it thee who hast created heaven for thyself?

Prometheus, the great one, it is you who defied the very forces that define yourself to bring forth the knowledge we now wield at our fingertips. Fire, flame, that primordial force that defines the principle of human progress. To plant a field, one must first burn the weeds that corrupt the land.

Set, the primordial darkness, it is you who lights the Black Flame within me. None but you may feed its roaring flames. You, who brought yourself into being, yet do not exist lest I initiate the process of coming into being.

Óðinn, the lord of the mysteries, you cast yourself into the sea abyss only to emerge with that undefiled, immaculate wisdom which we all seek. None shall follow, all shall lead.

Thor, the master of change, it is you I speak of. It is you who defeats the forces of the Thurisaz, but why? For the old to be thrust aside and the new to be brought forth. For creative destruction.

RE: Aleister Crowley exposed

Today I’m responding to an article on the site (I’m not making this up) regarding the great Beast, Aleister Crowley. There’s a lot of bunk out there about Crowley, so this should be good.

Aleister Crowley EXPOSED!

The hierarchy of the Secret-Societies have been deeply involved in the Black-Occult since they have existed.

Such as? What societies, what kind of occultism? This is never quite explained.

This includes the ritual sacrifice of children and babies.

Oh good. So you should have a great deal of evidence for this, with all the dead bodies and such? What’s that? There’s no evidence whatsoever? Shocking, truly.

This knowledge has been kept from the minds of society at large until more recently. It is now only a matter of time when the masses of the people become fully aware of the real agenda behind the secret societies and the true purpose of why they exist.

Really? Even though, say, Eliphas Levi and Crowley published their books quite openly. I’m not entirely sure how this information was being kept secret. I can buy this in the Middle-ages and before, due to a strict code of initiation and outright persecution for these groups, but there has never really been any secrecy beyond what’s really necessary.

Aleister Crowley — Initiated to the highest levels of Freemasonry and high priest of the Golden Dawn, said: “A white male child of perfect innocence and intelligence makes the most suitable victim.”

In the US each year 400,000 children are reported missing.
In the UK,98,000 children are reported missing.

Wow, that’s a blinding font. Now, honey, you could have solved this little problem here with just a bit of Google-fu, see, this is an incredibly famous quote and has been explained a number of times. Crowley is referring to fapping. Yes, the sacrifice here is sperm. Crowley was always interested in sex magick, including solitary, and attributed great power to sex. There was indeed a footnote attributed to this quote by Crowley: “It is the sacrifice of oneself spiritually. And the intelligence and innocence of that male child are the perfect understanding of the Magician, his one aim, without lust of result. And male he must be, because what he sacrifices is not the material blood, but his creative power.”

Shockingly, Aleister Crowley’s famous saying, DO AS THOU WILT, actually came from Benjamin Franklin.

Well you fucked up the line. The line is “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law”. This is paired with “Love is the law, love under will”. This sort of makes a difference, because the “wilt” is referring to the concept of Thelema, literally meaning will, but used to represent true will, which is what the person possessing it most desires, something one may spend decades to discover, the discovery being an occasion of enlightenment unto itself. Therefore, the “AS” doesn’t really make any sense. Also, you of course misinterpret the line to mean “do whatever you want” like everybody else. This is obviously misguided in the highest degree.

Franklin was an occultist, Satanist and indulged in child sacrifice.

Any evidence on the child sacrifice part? Franklin certainly was a member of the Hellfire Club, sure. A Satanist? You’d have to define that a bit. In some way that may be an accurate label, but probably not in the way you’d like to think.

Franklin attended the drunken, ritual orgies of a secret society called, among other things, the Hellfire Club. They would get drunk, dress prostitutes up like Nuns and have orgies in underground caves, which resembled Black Masses (although they “worshipped” pagan deities Bacchus and Venus).

Nice! Where do I sign up?

While not actual professed Satanists, their motto Fait ce que vouldras (Do what thou wilt) was later used by Satanist Aleister Crowley. Truth is indeed stranger than fiction.

First of all, Crowley wasn’t a Satanist. It really makes no sense to say he was. Also, the proverb was originally created by a renaissance writer and monk François Rabelais, who was a great inspiration to Crowley. He also writes of the  Abbey of Thélème. His writings are really quite good and funny if you understand the context. Obviously Crowley greatly appreciated his work as well. Oh, and its Fais ce que tu voudras. Google, use it.

The Marilyn Manson song “Misery Machine” contains the lyrics, “We’re gonna ride to the abbey of Thelema.” The Abbey of Thelema was the temple of Satanist Aleister Crowley.

You might even say it was his abbey.

The self-proclaimed “World’s Most Wicked Man” ate the feces of women during bizarre sexual acts involving Luciferian worship and Satanism.

The title was something that was applied to him by a newspaper, he didn’t come up with it, although, as I understand it he wasn’t exactly reluctant to accept the title. Crowley did indeed eat the excrement of his scarlet woman on (at least) one occasion. To understand this better I suggest watching a lecture given by Doctor Jason J Campbell on occultism (theories 68-84). Suffice to say, this wasn’t done for sexual pleasure or worship of any kind. Crowley certainly didn’t worship Satan or Lucifer.

According to the shocking documentary film titled, “IN SEARCH OF THE GREAT BEAST” directed by Robert Garofalo and produced by Lyn Beardsall (2007), Barbara Bush (wife of President George H. Bush) is the daughter of the world’s most infamous Satanist, Aleister Crowley.

A claim which has no credibility to it. I suggest reading this. Also, the same site does a nice job with Crowley myths in general.

Lest you think that Aleister Crowley (born Edward Alexander Crowley, 1875-1947) was just some crazy fool that no one took seriously, think again.  Crowley has had a large influence upon modern rock music.  Unbeknownst to most Americans, much of the Hellish music which they idolize was written and sang by devout followers of Crowley and his Satanism.

Now that you’ve told us what you mean by Satanism, we can conclude that you’re wrong. Crowley didn’t even consider himself a black magician, on the contrary, he disliked black magick. So no, Crowley wasn’t a Satanist. I’ll just ignore accusations of Satanism toward him for now, this will of course change if you can supply reasonable evidence.

Guitarist Jimmy Page of Zeppelin is a devout follower of Satanist, Aleister Crowley, who proclaimed himself as “The Beast 666”.  Aleister Crowley was also a 33rd and 97th Degree Freemason and is recognized as the master Satanist of the 20th century.

97th degree? Dafuq?

In 1971, guitarist Jimmy Page bought Crowley’s Boleskine House on the shore of Loch Ness where Crowley practiced his hellish, satanic sex-magick rituals, including human sacrifices.

Again, no evidence for this. Also, Crowley pretty much just performed one ritual in Boleskine House and never returned. In fact, this was a long ritual that got interrupted, preventing Crowley from clearing the air and banishing the spirits he had summoned. Some have claimed that these spirits still roam the area, including old Nessie.

Guitarist Jimmy Page actually performed Crowley magical rituals during their concerts. Their song “Stairway to Heaven” carries the reference “May Queen,” which is purportedly the name of a hideous poem written by Crowley.  Page had inscribed in the vinyl of their album Led Zeppelin III, Crowley’s famous “Do what thou wilt.  So mete it Be.’  Page and Robert Plant claim some of Zeppelins’ songs came via occultic “automatic handwriting,” including their popular “Stairway to Heaven.”

So mote it be, that is. Also, that’s not exactly Crowley. Page apparently had the phrase “So mote be it” (not “So mote it be”) in the first pressing and later added the phrase “Do what thou wilt”. Page did indeed have an interest in the occult, including Crowley. However, his interest was mainly academic, he read some books, never really put any of it into use and even so his interest faded and he dropped the subject. Also, the May Queen has many meanings beyond a Crowley poem, which you should know from general knowledge. This speaks volumes of your academic qualities.

Most people, especially in 1967, did not even know who Crowley was — but the Beatles certainly did.

Bullshit. People like you didn’t know who he was, people who would, you know, read, did.

Crowley himself was terribly decadent.  A happily heroin-addicted, bisexual Satan worshiper, he asked people to call him “The Beast 666.”  Crowley believed that he was literally the antimessiah of the apocalypse.

Heroin addict? Perhaps. Heroin was widely used in medicine at the time, this was also the case with Crowley. He wasn’t necessarily addicted, at least not in the sense we wouldn’t think of a heroin addict now. As a reminder, Crowley did not worship Satan. Just sayin’. He didn’t believe himself the anti-Christ either.

He also spent time in Italy, but was expelled because Italian authorities accused his disciples of sacrificing human infants in occult rituals.

Well that’s false. He was expelled by Mussolini for rather conventional reasons. This is what Crowley had to say about it: “The explanation of why I left is quite simple and unsensational…. Several people who were my guests at the “abbey” made imaginative copy out of their visits. Then the Fascists came into power and some foreign newspaper correspondents were asked to leave. And so was I. There was no rough turning-out. I was treated with the greatest courtesy.”

…Then there’s a long, long period of idon’tevengiveashit in the article, so skipping over that.

The following overview of Crowley’s life is from Hungry for Heaven by Steve Turner:

“Born in 1875, Aleister Crowley had, like the Rolling Stones, rebelled against a regulated small-town background. He’d been raised in Leamington, Warwickshire, by parents who were members of the Strict Brethren, a fundamentalist Christian sect. From an early age young Aleister identified with the enemies of God in the Bible stories that were read to him. In particular he identified with the antichrist predicted in the book of Revelation. In 1898 he joined the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, a magical society.

“Most of Crowley’s adult life was dedicated to indulging in everything he believed God would hate: performing sex magic, taking heroin, opium, hashish, peyote and cocaine, invoking spirits, and even once offering himself to the Russian authorities to help destroy Christianity. He wrote volumes of books that he believed were dictated to him by a spirit from ancient Egypt called Aiwass. “To worship me take wine and strange drugs,” the spirit conveniently told him. “Lust, enjoy all things of sense and rapture. Fear not that any God shall deny thee for this.” …

“Crowley finished his life as a sick, wasted heroin addict given to black rages and doubts about the value of his life’s work. His last words as he passed into a coma on December 1, 1947, were, “I am perplexed…” (Steve Turner, Hungry for Heaven, pp. 92,97,98).

A lot of that is false. Crowley didn’t do anything to try to offend “God”. He had his own theology, not completely divorced from Christianity, but still somewhat so, which is understandable for the period. Turner is just another evangelical trying to make a buck out of the fear of the different, in this case occultism.

Crowley claimed that dark powers gave him the words to his “Book of the Law.

Not dark powers, no. Rather, powers of light.

Crowley’s philosophy was as follows (which is the exact same philosophy of all Witches and Satanists today):

“Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law.”

“Lust, enjoy all things of sense and rapture.  Fear not that any God shall deny thee for this.”

“I do not wish to argue that the doctrines of Jesus, they and they alone, have degraded the world to its present condition. I take it that Christianity is not only the cause but the symptom of slavery” (Crowley, The World’s Tragedy, p. xxxix).

“That religion they call Christianity; the devil they honor they call God. I accept these definitions, as a poet must do, if he is to be at all intelligible to his age, and it is their God and their religion that I hate and will destroy” (Crowley, The World’s Tragedy, p. xxx).

Don’t you think that’s a bit too simplistic? Crowley published piles of books and you’re taking into consideration… two of them? One which is completely from the foreword? You didn’t even bother to quote the whole “Do what thou wilt” line. Seems legit. Also, it’s not like you’ve read any of Crowley’s books, so…

Crowley Died a Drug-addict and Sexual Degenerate

In 1922, Crowley published Diary of a Drug Fiend, which was about the use of cocaine.  He described the widespread use of cocaine among Hollywood stars, which he described as “cocaine-crazed sexual lunatics.”

As noted, Crowley died a wasted heroin addict given to rages and doubts.  His last words were “I am perplexed…” Crowley worshipped the demon god Pan, the god of sexuality and lust.  His “Hymn to Pan” was read at his funeral: “I rave and I rape and I rip and I rend/ Everlasting world without end!”

That’s not really true. Crowley did use drugs to his death, yes, increasingly as a sacrament. This wasn’t really a problem for him, as in, he never ruined himself with drugs. He died owning a rather nice house, regularly visited by friends and loved by family. He died a happy man, publishing some of his best works in late age, including the Book of Thoth, which greatly changed tarot to this day and is still greatly valued by many occultists of all kinds. Here’s an AC2012 article on the subject.

Introduction to Magick

This post will serve as a primer for studies in magick at the beginner level. This post will not replace study in magical systems, nor will it replace study in philosophical schools of thought. This post will, however, guide you on the right path to get you started in magick. It will also explain what magick is and is not, from my perspective. This post is dealing with “black” magick specifically, but can be applied to any shade of magick with some adjustments.

Baphomet - The Goat of Mendes The image of Baphomet, other then being one of the most notorious occult symbols, is a combination of numerous symbols, deities, demons and spirits. Some of the more significant ones include Pan, Cernunnos and Hathor, the most significant feature of course being the archetype of the horned-god. The most famous depiction of the Baphomet (picture above) was made by Eliphas Levi for his book Dogme et Rituel de la Haute Magie.

The origin of the word “Baphomet” is almost certainly a corruption of “Muhammad” (“Mohamet” in Latin). Others claim it to be a combination of two Greek words, “baphe” and “metis”, meaning roughly “absorption of knowledge”, but given the context of the Baphomet, this doesn’t make as much sense.

Cutting Edge Ministries: FREEMASONRY PROVEN TO BE OCCULTIC!! 2/3 & 3/3

Welcome to the last part of my series on Cutting Edge Ministries. I’ll be addressing the last two parts of their second series on Freemasonry, found here. I’d also suggest reading the first part of my series before reading this.

Here Bay is talking about a book called Men Who Walked With God: “Also, this Eckert mentioned here: if this is Meister Eckert of Germany, this is damning to Freemasonry, because this Eckert was the leader of the infamous Thule Society in Germany in the early 1900’s.” That’s really interesting, being as Meister Eckhart (of Germany) died around the year 1327!

Bay has this to say about Marie Corelli: The Writer & the Woman: “The story of Lilith is absolutely straight out of the pit of Hell.” Actually, many scholars believe that Lilith is discussed in the Bible (Isaiah 34:13–15). In Kabbalah Lilith was the first wife of Adam.

“They evidently have not actually read the Old Testament, if they teach that eternal punishment is not taught in Jewish Scriptures.” Or perhaps you haven’t. The only concept of a place of punishment Judaism has is Gehenna. This is a place where people are judged for their shortcomings and mistakes in this life, but the longest time one can spend there is said to be 12 months, so no eternal torture there.

“Vegetarianism is one of the common points between all pagan religions of all ages. Is it because God Himself told man to “kill and eat”? We believe so.” Yeah, that’s pretty contradictory with your stuff.

“Another attempt to debunk the uniqueness of Jesus Christ” As a historic fact, the story of Jesus isn’t all that unique.

“Notice the misquotation of Scripture, 1 Corinthians 15:21-22. Here, they quote verse 21, but leave out the completion of the Truth, verse 22, which reads, “For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.” By not quoting verse 22, the entire meaning of this passage changes, making possible a Mystical Reinterpretation.” That’s pretty ironic coming from you, with the “Freemasonry is identical to ancient mysteries” and all.

“Leadbeater is recognized as one of the most important Masonic leaders of all time. Therefore, it is highly significant that he writes this book as an attempt to further lead astray those Freemason members who still “hold to” their traditional Christianity.” Leadbeater was more known for his Theosophic writings, not so much for his Masonic works. He was also a Christian thinker. Also, how is suggesting that one should think of the “real meaning” of ones beliefs an attempt to lead others astray?

“Pike is the “most revered Sovereign Grand Commander in the history of the Rite.” Do not let any Mason tell you that Modern Freemasonry has repudiated the Luciferianism of Albert Pike, in an attempt to deflect justifiable criticism.” Freemasonry hasn’t repudiated it, it just doesn’t exist.

And that’s it. The last part of the series is done. That was… exhausting. This series turned out to be a bit tricky, not because the claims made by Bay had any truth to them, but because of the sheer dishonesty on his part, especially in his rather obscure quotes, some of which I just could not find anywhere, this was especially so during parts 3-4. I won’t make a habit of responding to things like this, I just saw this website pop up so often when discussing Freemasonry that I just had to do this. Hopefully we can now move beyond this into a discussion that’s at least somewhat meaningful.

Cutting Edge Ministries: FREEMASONRY PROVEN TO BE OCCULTIC!! 1/3

We PROVE that Freemasonry is occultic, Satanic, from their own writings! We will show you what one Freemasonry Publishing House recommends that their members read and study. We will also prove from this recommended reading list that Freemasonry admits that it comes from the Satanic Knights Templars!

Let’s define “occult”. The word comes from the Latin word Occultus, meaning hidden or secret. The English word “occult” then means “hidden knowledge” or “knowledge of the hidden”, depending on the context. There’s a famous quote by Albert Pike that anti-Masons like to use, like Cutting Edge Ministries (Daniel Bay) does:

As you read this terrible listing of books, let Albert Pike’s words, above, resonate throughout your whole being, mind, spirit, and emotion: “Masonry is identical with the Ancient Mysteries”. IDENTICAL!! IDENTICAL!! IDENTICAL!!

We got it with the first quote, love. Now, let’s examine the full quote by Albert Pike: “Though Masonry is identical with the ancient Mysteries, it is so only in this qualified sense: that it presents but an imperfect image of their brilliancy, the ruins only of their grandeur, and a system that has experienced progressive alterations, the fruits of social events, political circumstances, and the ambitious imbecility of its improvers.” And instantly we see why Pike would say that in a way that I don’t think requires further explanation. Another thing Mr. Bay clings on to on this site is a publishing house called Kessinger Publishing, a publisher that according to their advertisement offers “Over 1,500 Rare, Mystical Reprints unavailable elsewhere.” Now for some odd reason, most likely dishonesty, quite frankly, Bay assumes this company to be an authority dictating Masonic beliefs. Bay keeps referring to their reading list as something aimed at Masons and assumes that every book in the list is within Masonic canon. Furthermore, Bay makes a slight change (which is a lie, pretty much) on the title of the company, he changes it to Kessinger Freemasonry Publishing House, which isn’t the accurate name nor is it a reasonable claim or even mistake to make, since Kessinger Publishing House in no way specializes in Freemasonry. Therefore “Therefore, when Kessinger Freemasonry Publishing House lists Ancient Mysteries books, it is because Freemasonry teaches and practices them, also!!!! Let this truth resonate through your whole being. Do you understand the necessity for Freemasonry to be so very, very secret for all these centuries?!” is an odd and a very misguided claim to make. Daniel then goes on to list some of the subjects Kessinger Publishing House offers books on. I’ll address some of the more unreasonable descriptions here.

Blavatsky, H.P. , is one of the most Satanic/Luciferian leaders of history!! It is absolutely damning for Freemasonry to recommend her books! Consider Helene Petrovna Blavatsky (1836-1891). She was Russian, and was the co-founder of the Theosophical Society, and occultist who systematized ancient occult thought, producing the most Satanic treatise the world has ever seen, known as the ‘Secret Doctrine’. [“The New Age Dictionary”, edited by Alex Jack, Japan Publications, Inc., 1990, The Year of the Golden Horse, New York, ISBN 0-87040-787-2, p. 23]

None of which you provide evidence for, of course. Bay goes on to cite some fundamentalist Christian, sensationalist nonsense book that I really don’t care to go into detail with here, because the non-credibility of it should be obvious to everyone. Also, I find it interesting that you would name the Secret Doctrine as the “most Satanic” book. Not a Satanic grimoire, not the Satanic Bible, no, the Secret Doctrine. Then Bay says this: “Freemasonry stands condemned today for recommending that their followers read and study Blavatsky!! We find it totally revolting that Freemasonry’s own symbol entitled, “The Old Wisdom Religion”, lists ‘Secret Doctrine’ as one of the antecedent steps that leads to “Modern Freemasonry”!” First of all, it’s a bit odd to call a lecture a “symbol”. Now, “The Old Wisdom Religion”, now called “Theosophy” is a lecture given by J.D. Buck, who was a Freemason, yes, but a universally rejected one at that. Buck was rejected by every single Masonic reviewer at the time, which was many, by the way. Bay has this to say about esoterism: “Esoterism stems from the word, “esoteric”, which means simply, “limited to only a few people”. Or it can mean, “difficult to understand”. It can also mean, “confidential, not publicly disclosed”. [Webster’s Dictionary].” Here Bay is talking about the term “esoteric” in the context of popular language, not occultism. In this use, by the way, the word has no relation to esoterism, simply due to grammar. In occultism the word is derived from the Greek ἐσωτερικός (esôterikos), a compound of ἔσω (esô), meaning “within”. Thereby “esoteric” refers roughly to “the movement inward”, or as it’s more commonly seen, “from within”, whereas “exoteric” refers to “from without”. What follows is a brilliant couple of paragraphs: “This term generally applies in a generic sense to all things occultic, and all things which must be hidden from public scrutiny. Certainly, Satanism must be hidden from public scrutiny because it seeks to destroy all things Christian and does practice animal and human sacrifices. Jesus advocated doing nothing in secret, so that He might be glorified by His followers living such open, transparent lives. Freemasonry labels itself here as be ‘Esoteric’, and therefore, disobedient to Jesus’ teachings.” Oh, that’s brilliant. Outside from the obvious fact that esoterism doesn’t refer to hiding information, nor is occultism inherently connected to human or animal sacrifice. Pretty much, every claim he makes about esoterism and occultism here is wrong, but that’s not the important part. The important part is what follows, when he says that hiding ones religion/doctrine is disobeying Jesus’ teachings.

Does this symbol mean anything to you? It was used by first century Christians as a form or verifying ones Christian faith during a time when said faith was illegal. A Christian who suspected another person of being a Christian would draw an arch, if the other person responded by drawing another arch, they both could identify one another as Christian. This sounds an awful lot like… hiding.

Knights Templar was one of the most deeply Satanic secret society in history. “The original Order of Knights Templar was founded in the twelfth century … Trade … made the Templars rich … In October, 1307, [French King] Philip ordered the arrest of all Templars on French soil and the seizure of their property. There was reason to believe, said the king, that the [Templar] order was profoundly heretical; that its military monks, in fact, were black magicians … At these trials, many of the accused Templars admitted … to witnessing or participating in … sodomy, trampling upon the crucifix, and worshipping some sort of mummified and fiercely bearded three-headed creature. The creature, swore some of the accused, was named Baphomet … Some may well have been practicing homosexuals … Templars were the custodians of secret esoteric teachings, later associated with Rosicrucianism and esoteric masonry.” [“Mind & Magic,” by Francis X.King, Crescent, ISBN 0-517-06036-1, p. 84-85] [Note: This is a Luciferian book]

There are two aspects to this. One is the fact that there are good reasons to believe that the claims made against the Templars were largely fabricated. Just have a look at some historical studies regarding the Templars. The claims were very reminiscent of the claims made against other religious groups in order to demonize them. Add to this the fact that mostly everyone owed the Templars money… Now, another aspect to this is that things like trampling the crucifix isn’t necessarily anti-Christian. Remember that there is a difference between a crucifix and a cross. I’d suggest reading the first half of The Key to Solomon’s Key by Lon Milo DuQuette.

Next, Bay moves onto magic(k): “Magic is recommended study, and practice, for Freemasons! Magic is defined as the ‘accomplishment of ends through the application of psychic technology’. [The New Age Dictionary]”. I really dislike that definition, mostly because I don’t much appreciate the New Age spin on Occultism. I prefer the definition given by Aleister Crowley: “the Science and Art of causing Change to occur in conformity with Will”. This definition covers the more “serious” or mature tradition of magick as it’s observed in the west.

“The major entry point Satan seems to use to lead someone astray from the True God of the Holy Bible is the lie that the Bible does not contain all truth necessary for Salvation from sins and for a fulfilling life on Earth.” Bay goes on to say that man is “so easily deceived when we stray from God’s Book!” Well Danny, the Bible obviously isn’t enough to live a fulfilling life in our modern society, unless you call starving to death as an infant, if not in childbirth, fulfilling. I don’t personally consider the Bible to be an authoritative guide on anything, really, but whatever. Furthermore, I see two major problems with this line of reasoning. One would be the fact that the Bible has changed over time. There have been problems in translation, there have been accidental changes to the texts and there have been changes done on purpose. The other problem would be what counts as the Bible. Great parts of the Bible supposedly document the thoughts and ideas of men who were not themselves divine, like Jesus, or in direct communication with God, such as Moses. An example of this would be Paul, who greatly changed the teachings of Christianity from what they were.

I’ll this part here. There probably was no reason go into the detail I did, since the whole post was based on a false premise, but hopefully I corrected some misconceptions anyway.

Cutting Edge Ministries, Part 6: Freemasonry & Nazism

Today I’ll be responding to the claims made by Cutting Edge Ministries in regards to supposed connections between Freemasonry and Nazism.

When Masonic author, J.D. Buck, said in his book, Mystic Masonry, that the teachings of Freemasonry were identical to those of the Theosophical Society, I came straight out of my chair!  The Theosophical Society is one of the darkest secret societies in the entire world, having much in common with the Thule Society, the Black Magick Satanic secret society that trained Adolf Hitler in all the deepest aspects of Satanism.

Apparently no evidence is required for this. Look, as twisted as the Thule Society might seem/be, you still can’t make shit up. The Thule Society was not Satanic. Also, you better back up your claim of the Theosophical Society being related to the Thule Society.

In fact, Dietrich Eckart, who was the leader of the ThuleSociety in 1919 when young Adolf joined, was told by his Guiding Spirit that Hitler was to be the Great One, the prophesied Antichrist.

Dietrich Eckart never was a member of the Thule Society, although he was acquainted with leaders of said society. Although some writers have suggested that Eckart was some sort of spiritual teacher or father to Hitler, there’s no evidence to back this up. Eckart did not await the coming of the Antichrist, he, like many occultists in Germany at that time, awaited the coming of a German messiah. There’s also no proof that Hitler ever was a member. Another interesting fact is that Hitler himself severed the DAP’s ties with the Thule Society, which resulted in the society going into a decline and ultimately being completely shut down due to anti-Masonic legislation. I suggest reading this.

This is the type of Black Magick organization that the Theosophical Society truly is, in their inner heart of hearts. One author boldly proclaimed, “Hitler was a disciple of the occultist Helena Petrovna Blavatsky” –Founder of House of Theosophy — [Dr. C. Burns, Masonic And Occult Symbols, p. 332]

This quote is a bit dishonest and no doubt would lead an uninformed reader to an unfortunate conclusion. In reality, the author, Cathy Burns, is a fundamentalist Christian, involved in the anti-Masonic, right-wing movement. Burns has no interest in putting forth the truth, it’s all about money. I haven’t the space nor the time to go into detail here, suffice to say that Cathy hasn’t done any real, scholarly research into the subject. That, or the good doctor doesn’t care. Here‘s something that may be of interest.

We shall begin with an inspection of these two symbols, i.e., the symbol of the House of Theosophy on the left and the symbol of the Nazi Party on the right.  Notice that the House of Theosophy symbol is the occultic Snake Eating Its Tail, the Oroboros.

Ooh, that’s pretty sneaky. You use a version of the Nazi symbol that’s just small enough that you can’t quite make out that the circle in the symbol isn’t a snake, but a Wreath.

Here’s a version of the symbol that’s slightly different, but sufficiently large. The circle is indeed the same as in the other version.

Immediately underneath the snake in the middle is the Swastika; however, the Theosophist symbol shows the Swastika in a rotating position, so that its points are a little off center.  The Nazi Swastika is not shown rotating.  You see, the Swastika is an ancient symbol found in most occult groups all over the world, from the Celts in Europe to China.  The Swastika is a four-limbed cross, and is usually portrayed as rotating constantly.  The Theosophical Society has the swastika rotating, so its legs are slightly off center compared to the Nazi Swastika.  However, both Swastikas  portray the identical meaning of “luck” and “reincarnation” [Dr. C. Burns, Masonic and Occult Symbols , p. 19, and 241]

Not quite. Hitler hijacked many of the Hindu myths, including the Aryan people and the Swastika. He didn’t, however, attach the same meaning to them. Hitler didn’t actually look at the Swastika as a symbol of luck, but as another symbol of German honor. “As National Socialists, we see our program in our flag. In red, we see the social idea of the movement; in white, the nationalistic idea; in the swastika, the mission of the struggle for the victory of the Aryan man, and, by the same token, the victory of the idea of creative work.”[Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf]

Now, let us hear Masonic J.D. Buck, explain the House of Theosophy symbol.  “The perfect equilibrium of spirit and matter is symbolized by the six-pointed star, which is again only another form of the Square and Compass, each having a base-line from which to form a triangle.”  [Mystic Masonry, 1913, p. 244-45] The “six-pointed star” here is the Hexagram !

Let us stop right here to digest what Masonic author, Buck, has just told us.  He has just told us that the hexagram is only “another form of the Square and Compass, each having a base-line from which to form a triangle”.  Let us examine closely the Satanic hexagram with the Square and Compass.

Therefore, the Masonic Square and Compass is identical to the hexagram .

No, it’s another form of it. Read.

Remember the words of a former witch, “When the male triangle penetrates the female triangle, it forms the six-pointed crest of the Seal of Solomon or hexagram, the most wicked symbol in witchcraft”. [Dr. C. Burns, Masonic and Occult Symbols, p. 39]

You mean remember the words of a known liar that has absolutely no authority on the subject.

Thus, we have another admission, from a Masonic author, that Freemasonry is identical with Satanism.  When you look at the Square and Compass from now on, just remember that it is identical to the Satanist’s hexagram.  Now, let us continue with this quotation from Masonic author, J.D. Buck, in his 1913 book, Mystic Masonry.

So you’re saying that every hexagram ever used is Satanic?

Ironic, since were talking about the Nazis.

“Enclose the star in a circle, which symbolizes Infinity, and you symbolize the harmony, or the at-one-ment of the Spirit that descended, and the body, now purified, with Divinity, or the Over-Soul.” [Ibid.]  Therefore, when you put a circle around a hexagram, as in the Satanic symbol, above, you get “harmony”, and the “body, now purified”.  Does Freemasonry ever put a Square and Compass in a circle?  You bet they do, as you can see from this symbol.   Now, we have another meaning to the Square and Compass when it is surrounded with a circle — harmony, the same meaning as Satanist apply to the encircled hexagram.

Like I know for a fact you’ve been told, being a Mason doesn’t automatically give you magic powers over other Masons minds. You need to earn respect and authority in order to be taken seriously. This is why the review of J.D. Bucks’ book in A Masonic Readers Guide had this to say about it: “An illustration of the use of a vivid imagination and making the Craft an occult organization. To be read with caution.” That was over 50 years ago. We fail to find any other review of the works of Masonic authors (and there are dozens) which take even the slightest note of Buck’s work.

Now, skipping over a bit, until you stop quoting Buck, since we don’t really have to pay any mind to what he has to say, given his widespread rejection in the Masonic world.

Now, we get to our basic point:  the House of Theosophy directly links to Nazism. This link is especially strong in their commitment to the Satanic document, The Secret Doctrine, upon which Hitler built much of his philosophical basis for the anti-Semitism which lead directly to the Holocaust gas chambers, in which 6 million Jews died.

Actually, Hitler built his doctrine of anti-Semitism largely on the fact that Germany had just lost a bitter war, the economy was in a bad shape and people were looking for a scapegoat. There was a long history of anti-Semitism in Germany, spread by CHRISTIANS, including Martin Luther and his book Von den Jüden und jren Lügen(On the Jews and Their Lies). The Secret Doctrine actually has nothing to do with anti-Semitism. If you only had read it, you’d know as much.

This Secret Doctrine is explained by Alice Bailey, in her book, Externalisation of the Hierarchy, which was dictated to her by her demonic Guiding Spirit, Master D.K.  Bailey explains that The Secret Doctrine teaches that there are always three distinct classes of human beings — 1) Enlightened, Advanced Men, who were “sparked” by the Hierarchy; 2) Masses of ordinary people, with ordinary intelligence and spiritual knowledge, which are called, Middle Classes;  3)  Savage races of people who are so ignorant and so lacking in spiritual knowledge they can barely be called human. [p. 47-48]

This is pretty dishonest. Bailey was actually quite shocked by this fact. She was displeased with the current situation, which she perceived to be caused by authoritarian oppression of the poor. She was quite right in noting that there were “less civilized” people, and in a way there still are, because there were people who didn’t know how to read. She didn’t view these people as weak or evil, she saw these people as unfortunate and oppressed. Also, Master Djwhal Khul was not a demonic spirit, he was an unspecified being, but is often assumed to be an enlightened Tibetan. He’s also known as the Tibetan.

The Secret Doctrine always sets the stage for a Holocaust, because those who are “fully enlightened” –Class 1 — will soon be not able to tolerate the illiterate savages of Class 3.  Thus, Hitler began to plan his planned annihilation of everyone he considered to be in Class 3; he cast the Jews into this group, plus gypsies, all people of Eastern Europe, blacks, and all handicapped and afflicted people, because he considered these people to be in this situation because of their bad Karma of a previous life.  Thus, historians will tell you that Hitler killed 6 million Jews and 12 million “others”, all in Hitler’s Class 3.

Yet you provide no quotes, no doctrinal agreements, no evidence. Also, using classes in order to more easily understand a group of people is not the same as creating a hierarchy of people.

What does Albert Pike say about The Secret Doctrine?  “They [Gnostics] all claimed to possess a secret doctrine, coming to them directly from Jesus Christ, and different from the Gospels and Epistles and superior to those communications, which in their eyes was purely exoteric [can be made public].  This secret doctrine they did not communicate to every one; and among the extensive sect of the Basilideans, hardly one in a thousand knew it …” [Morals and Dogma , p. 542; Emphasis added]

I bet you did not know that The Secret Doctrine was SUPERIOR to the blessed Holy Bible New Testament, did you?  Once again, we can see that Freemasonry is NOT Christian!  When, o when, can we ever get to the point where people will realize that Masonry is, at the very least, NOT Christian?

That’s actually a rather appalling misquote, being as the words are actually different. Here’s the quote: “They all claimed to possess a secret doctrine, coming to them directly from Jesus Christ, different from that of the Gospels and Epistles, and superior to those communications, which in their eyes, were merely exoteric. This secret doctrine they did not communicate to every one; and among the extensive sect of the Basilideans hardly one in a thousand knew it, as we learn from Irenæaus.”

Here we can already see a key difference: the Gnostics saw the Gospels as merely exoteric, not purely exoteric. This, of course, implies that the other doctrines were esoteric. This, combined with the fact that hardly any of the students in any given school knew the doctrine, implies that it wasn’t an actual book, but rather a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, wherein God bestowed wisdom upon the student. That would be my interpretation, anyway.

Of course, you’re wrong in a more basic level as well, being as you mistakenly equate “secret doctrine” with “The Secret Doctrine”, which would be a mistake in both logic and grammar. This is further proven by the fact that the Morals & Dogma was published in 1871, while The Secret Doctrine was published in 1888. Pike obviously made no reference to Blavatsky in his book.

Finally, Pike wasn’t speaking for Masonry. He was talking about what the Gnostics believed, not what he believed.

Now that we know that The Secret Doctrine is shared by Freemasons, Nazis, and Theosophists…

…let us go further, to examine the great similarity of beliefs between Nazism and Freemasonry.  We shall print out the Nazi teachings in black print, and the Freemasonry teachings in red print, and shall preface the Nazi teaching with the letters, “NZ“, and the Freemasonry teaching with the letters, “FM “.

1).  NZ — Is an offshoot of occultic practices and teachings — The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow , by Constance Cumbey, Huntington House, Shreveport, LA, 1983, p. 114.  FM — Albert Pike embraced the occult philosophy and teachings, saying, “The occult philosophy seems to have been the nurse, or godmother, of all religions … Christianity should not have hated magic, but human ignorance always fears the unknown.” [Morals and Dogma , p. 729-730]  Did you catch Pike’s last statement, “Christianity should not have hated magic …”?  All throughout the Bible, God condemned magic in the strongest possible of terms, and those who practiced it.  This single statement puts the bullet to the head to the lie that Masonry is Christian.

First of all, not all occultism is the same, this should be obvious, but just so were clear. Now, God doesn’t necessarily condemn all magic. For instance, God gave Solomon the gift of magic. Another instance would be Moses performing magic in Egypt.

2).  NZ — Taught doctrine of Aryanism and Aryan purity, and that the `New Age’ would feature an Aryan mutant `master race’ [Ibid.]  This Aryan purity stems precisely from The Secret Doctrine , as described above.  FM — Pike teaches the standard Satanic lie that the Aryan “came down from the slopes of the Himalayas”.  [Morals and Dogma, p. 714]

First of all, Pike is documenting the beliefs of others, like he so often is. He doesn’t necessarily describe to these beliefs. Second, what Nazis meant by “Aryan” isn’t what it originally meant. The word comes from the Sanskrit word ārya, literally “noble”, so the word “Aryan” refers to one who does noble deeds. The word was often applied to Hindus. Another root is Iran. Iranian literally meant Aryan, and thereby Iran meant “land of the Aryans”.

3).  NZ — Hitler was an initiate of occultic practices: yoga and Tibetanism.  [The Spear of Destiny , Trevor Ravenscroft, Samuel Weiser, Inc., York Beach, Maine, 1973, p. 25-26, 157.]  FM — a) Instead of the “Third-Eye of Yoga Freemasonry teaches the same concepts of the Third-eye, or pineal gland, under the symbol of the All-Seeing Eye [J.D. Buck, Mystic Masonry, p. 180-3]  b) Masonic author, J. Gordon Melton, said that American Freemasons were guided in their support of the American Revolution by the Tibetan. [The Encyclopedia of American Religions , Vol 2, Wilmington, N.C., McGrath Publishing Company, 1978, p. 256.]

The Spear of Destiny is a horrible written and sourced book. The author makes a number of silly claims, all of which are either not sourced, not proven or outright false. These include: Hitler had only one testicle, Hitler’s thirty-third birthday was in 1921 and “the third eye” is a valid method for historical inquiry. The book is fiction, essentially. Now, Hitler wasn’t into yoga or Tibetanism. His (limited) occult interests were with northern myths that he could use for his own ends.

4).  NZ — Believed in the Law of Karma and reincarnation [Cumbey, op. cit., p. 116].  FM — Eliphas Levi, 33 Degree Mason, wrote much about the Law of Karma. Reincarnation is most demonstrably Masonic. The Hexagram, the sign used in the Royal Arch of Masonry, is not only the most wicked symbol of witchcraft, but also symbolizes reincarnation. Masonic author, George Oliver, espouses reincarnation strongly in Signs and Symbols , Macoy Publishing and Masonic Supply Co., 1906, p. 82.

Cumbey, again, is an untrustworthy source. He has no authority or sources for his claims. Eliphas Levi never was a Mason, certainly not a 33 Degree Mason. He was remotely interested in Rosicrucianism, but wasn’t a member. Look, honey, the hexagram can’t symbolize EVERYTHING. And of course, it doesn’t. It has nothing to do with reincarnation OR black magic.

5).  NZ — Believed they had evolved into a new/superior species by means of `spiritual disciplines’, `consciousness evolution’, and a new form of consciousness.  FM — Their belief in The Secret Doctrine , noted above in this article, demands men to believe that superior men existed, in order to rule over the “masses”.  This is the reason all secret societies, including, Freemasonry, teach that men must “evolve” in their consciousness to become Adepts.

The Nazis didn’t believe in spiritual evolution, they were eugenicists. If they had, they wouldn’t have cared about ethnicity, would they? The Secret Doctrine doesn’t say that, for reasons listed above, nor is Freemasonry beholden to Blavatsky.

6).  NZ — Sought to institute a New World Order in which the Aryan race would control. [Cumbey, op. cit., p. 117].

We already discussed Combey earlier, so I’ll get to the point. The Nazis weren’t trying to instill a New World Order per se, rather, they were trying to expand the Third Reich until it would eventually engulf the whole world. The point is that you’re trying to use the phrase to tie these ideas together, put it doesn’t work that way.

FM — The best and fastest way for you to realize the depth of the commitment to the New World Order, is just turn your $1 bill over on the back and look at the Masonic pyramid with the All-Seeing Eye at the top.  The words toward the bottom, “NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM” translate into “New World Order”

Nope. Novus Ordo Seclorum translates to “a new order of the ages”.

This symbol was voted into being by the Continental Congress in 1787, in secret session, attending mostly by Freemasons.

First of all, the meeting wasn’t exactly secret. Also, only one person involved in creating the initial design (which ultimately wasn’t approved) was thought to be a Mason (Hopkinson) and even so there’s no evidence that he ever was a Mason. Here’s a more detailed look at the people involved in making the design from the book THE EAGLE AND THE SHIELD – A History of the Great Seal of the United States (1976) (p. 529)

“Because membership records for the Revolutionary period are scattered and imperfect, it is not possible to ascertain with certainty which persons among the 14 who participated in the designing of the Great Seal were Masons and which were not. Conrad Hahn, Executive Secretary of the Masonic Service Association of the US has furnished the following:

1. Definitely a Mason: Bro. Ben Franklin.
2. Definitely not: John Adams and Charles Thomson.
3. No firm evidence of a Masonic connection, although allegations of such a connection have been noted: Jefferson, Lovell, Hopkinson, Middleton, Rutledge.(NOTE: Due to new information, it is now accepted that Jefferson was NOT a Mason)
4. No record at all, so presumably not Masons: Du Simitiere, Scott, Houston, Lee, Boudinot, and William Barton (although he has at times been confused with another William Barton who was a Mason).

However, this symbol was hidden from the public until 1935, when 33rd Degree Mason, President Franklin Roosevelt, was told by his Secretary of Agriculture, Henry Wallace, that the Guiding Spirits had told him that now was the time to bring this symbol into public.

Huh? The symbol was hidden? Well, here’s a centennial medal from 1882 showing the reverse of the Great Seal.

File:1882 US Great Seal Centennial Medal Reverse.jpg

The symbol was always the reverse of the seal, it was available to anyone who cared to see it.

There’s no evidence at all to suggest that Roosevelt believed in “guiding spirits”. The same goes for Wallace.

7).  NZ — Nazism was hostile to orthodox and fundamentalist Christianity, seeking to replace the cross with the swastika. [Cumbey, p. 116]

Partly true. The DAP prosecuted a number of groups of people and organizations, including freethinkers and Freemasons.

FM — “… Christ, teaching the religion of Love … The Religion of Love proved to be the Religion of Hate, and infinitely more the Religion of Persecution …” [Morals and Dogma, p. 394.]

This really is something special. I won’t explain the quote in detail, because it should be obvious to everyone. I just hope the reader can appreciate the delicious irony here as much as I do.

“Sadly we look around us, and read the gloomy and dreary records of the old dead and rotten ages. More than eighteen centuries have staggered away into the spectral realm of the Past, since Christ, teaching the Religion of Love, was crucified, that it might become a Religion of Hate; and His Doctrines are not yet even nominally accepted as true by a fourth of mankind. Since His death, what incalculable swarms of human beings have lived and died in total unbelief of all that we deem essential to Salvation! What multitudinous myriads of souls, since the darkness of idolatrous superstition settled down, thick and impenetrable, upon the earth, have flocked up toward the eternal Throne of God, to receive His judgment ?

The Religion of Love proved to be, for seventeen long centuries, as much the Religion of Hate, and infinitely more the Religion of Persecution, than Mahometanism, its unconquerable rival.”

“Masonry is a system which has not the least shadow of support from history, from Scripture, from reason or from common sense, but, in fact, is diametrically opposed to them all.” [Edmond Ronayne, The Master’s Carpet {Mah-Hah-Bone), p. 25.

Once again you use a quote by a bigoted anti-Mason that has no authority on the subject. I don’t have the time nor the inclination to go through every idiot who wants to make a buck off of moral outrage.

8). NZ — The only reality open to human beings was the actual physical experience of Willpower. No word was more on Hitler’s lips than Will. Nazis further believed that a human could create new reality by the exercise of his Will. [Cumbey, op. cit., p. 31, 175]  FM — Albert Pike said, “The Will … are really the Father and Mother of all .. of creation …” [Morals and Dogma, p. 766.  Pike talks about “Will”, of either man or God, 20 different times in Morals and Dogma .

It wasn’t exactly the most common word Hitler used, but so what? Using the same word, a common word, mind you, isn’t quite the same as agreeing with the sentiment, is it?

9).  NZ — Believed man to be a bridge between this existence and a higher plane. [Cumbey, op. cit., p. p. 175]

Well that’s a tricky way to put it, because technically pretty much every (theistic) religion in the world would apply, including Christianity.

FM — Masonic author stated the belief that “… a Rainbow … was fabled to be a bridge leading from earth to heaven.” [George Oliver, Signs and Symbols, Macoy Publishing and Masonic Publishing Company, p. 14; also R. Swinburne Clymer, The Mysteries of Osiris or Ancient Egyptian Initiation, p. 185]

The key words being “was fabled to be”.

10). NZ — Believed in evolution, that man was responsible for his own evolution. [Doc Marquis, former Luciferian/Illuminist, now born-again Christian, author of “Secrets of the Illuminati”, by American Focus Publishing Company, Edison, N.J., 1993.]

I talked about Doc Marquis here. That’s not quite specific enough to make a meaningful commentary on. Nazis certainly believed in a kind of evolution, however laughable it may have been.

FM Albert Pike teaches at the 28th Degree, in Morals and Dogma , that, after the Creator conceived of the idea of His world, evolution was the means by which man developed.  [p. 767]  The entire goal of proceeding through the various 33 degrees of Freemasonry is to become more developed along your evolutionary pathway, a process they call Illumination .

Not quite. The degrees of Freemasonry don’t work that way and the process your talking about is called the initiatory process, not an evolutionary process.

11). NZ — German composer Wagner converted Jewish Jesus into an Aryan Jesus. The New Age has converted Jesus into an Enlightened Master who had gone through the full cycle of enlightenment and had become “completely illuminated”. [Ravenscroft, op. cit., p. 33-34]

Kind of. There certainly is this:

Even though Koot Hoomi isn’t overtly said to be Jesus, multiple thinkers certainly imply it.

Then there’s this:

But this isn’t as much New Age as just another branch of Hinduism.

FM — Albert Pike wrote that Jesus received perfect knowledge (Gnosis) after being brought back to life by Christos and Wisdom. [Morals and Dogma , p. 563-4, teachings of the 26th Degree]  In other words, Pike is teaching that Jesus became an Enlightened Master after He had been resurrected by Christos and Wisdom.

No, he’s teaching that he received perfect knowledge. Don’t bend the words that much, they’ll break.

12). NZ —Claimed Christian Good was evil and the Christian Evil was good.  In other words, the labels were switched, in order to confuse. [Ravenscroft, op. cit., p. 37]

Completely unsubstantiated.

FM — Albert Pike has created the most absurd switching of labels the world has ever seen, as he twists the Biblical account of the Garden of Eden.  Listen”  To prevent the light from escaping at once, the Demons forbade Adam to eat the fruit of ‘knowledge of good and evil’, by which he would have known the Empire of Light and that of Darkness.  He obeyed; an Angel of Light induced him to transgress, and gave him the means of victory; but the Demons created Eve, who seduced him into an act of Sensualism that enfeebled him …” [Morals and Dogma , p. 567, teaching of the 26th Degree] Can you believe this supreme act of calling good evil and evil good?  In the True Biblical account, God forbade Adam to eat the fruit; therefore, Masonry is calling the God of the Bible a Demon; in the Biblical account, it was Satan who induced Eve to transgress; but Masonry calls Satan an Angel of Light.  Now you know which “Light” Masonry pursues, do you not?

“The Evil God, Satan, is the Genius of matter alone. The God of Good is infinitely his Superior, the True God; while the other is but the chief of all that is the Enemy of God, and must in the end succumb to His Power.” Albert Pike, Morals & Dogma

Pretty much, yeah. To give you some context, earlier Pike was talking of a sort of dualism, where Satan represents matter and God represents all that is Holy and Divine. Therefor, the Christ would have both of those aspects present, he would be a physical man as well as a divine being.

13). NZ — The path to higher consciousness is a gradual, step-by-step process–from dullness to spiritual awakening. [Ravenscroft, Ibid, p. 49]

As demonstrated by what?

FM — A quick glance at the Preface of Morals and Dogma tells you that Freemasonry is also a gradual step-by-step process, from “darkness into Light”.

So is painting a house.

Additionally, substantial evidence exists that Freemasonry really has up to 100 total degrees, kept very secretly.

Such as?

14). NZ — “The symbol of the highest degree of the gradual process was the Eagle, hence the German Eagle.” [Ravenscroft, op. cit., p. 70

The German Eagle has been in active use since AD 800. It was hardly invented by the Nazis.

Note:  Ravenscroft was a practitioner of the White Magic arts, writing about Hitler, the Black Magic Adept]

Ravenscroft is another sensationalist who has been debunked time and time again.

FM — The most recognizable Freemasonry symbol is the Double-headed Eagle, at the very beginning of our article.  However, this Masonic Eagle is not an American Eagle, but the legendary Phoenix Eagle of Egyptian lore.

The roots of the Double-headed Eagle are in the Phoenix, yes. This, by the way, is the same Phoenix that’s been used to represent Jesus Christ.

15). NZ — “Believed in the Pineal Eye or Third Eye.” [Ravenscroft, Ibid., p. 74] For those who may not understand what the Third Eye is, occultists believe that a spiritual eye — called the Pineal Gland —  exists right between the forehead, just waiting to be “opened” by the person achieving “higher consciousness”.

Another unsubstantiated claim.

The women of India depict this Third Eye by a dot in their foreheads.

The Tilaka does not represent the third eye.

Occultists teach that, if a person were truly to achieve the highest degree possible in consciousness, this Third Eye would actually open physically, so all could see it.

Who does?

FM —  Albert Pike also taught the Third Eye, called Blazing Star.  “… the Blazing Star [Pentagram] in our Lodges, as we have already said, represents Sirius, Anubis, or Mercury, Guardian and Guide of our Souls.  Our ancient English brethren also considered it an emblem of the Sun.  In the old lectures they said: ‘The Blazing Star or Glory in the centre refers us to that Grand Luminary, the Sun …the Blazing Star has been regarded as an emblem of Omniscience, or the All-seeing Eye, which to the Ancients was the Sun”  [Morals and Dogma, p. 506; Emphasis added;thus Masonry represents the Third Eye in the center of the forehead as the Sun “in the centre”, depicted as the All-seeing Eye.]  Notice that Pike says that the Pentagram is the “Guardian and Guide of our Souls”.  This statement forever demonstrates that Freemasonry IS a religion, despite their repeated efforts to say it is not.

The All-seeing Eye does not depict the Third eye, it represents God.

Another Masonic author states, “These considerations lead us to an interesting topic, the Eye of Mind or the Eye of Horus, a subject elaborated in the Chapter on ‘Horus’ and conveying the idea of the ‘All seeing Eye’.  The end set before the Egyptian neophyte was illumination, that is to be ‘brought to light’. [Thomas Milton Stewart, The Symbolism of the Gods of the Egyptians and the Light They Throw on Freemasonry, London, England, Baskerville Press, Limited, 1927, p. 5; Boldness added ]

This isn’t referencing the Third eye either.

16). NZ — “Nazis were initiated into the Secret Doctrine of H.P. Blavatsky — House of Theosophy. Used its tenets to prepare for the Nazi Holocaust.” [Ravenscroft, Ibid., p. 91]

Factually incorrect.

We covered this aspect at the beginning of this article, above.  We quoted Masonic author, J.D. Buck, writing in Mystic Masonry, stated boldly that the House of Theosophy doctrines were precisely as taught in the Lodge“. The key doctrine of Theosophy was, and is, The Secret Doctrine, and it is espoused in Freemasonry.

J.D. Buck is widely discredited by Masons.

17).  NZ — Believed in White/Good Magic versus Black/Evil Magic. Nazis further believed that each person voluntarily chose which path they would follow. [Ravenscroft, p. 92-99]

Not really. The “occultism” some of the officers were into was far more basic, quite elementary, actually.

FM  — “The conception of an Absolute Deity, outside of, or independent of, Reason, is the idol of Black Magic, the PHANTOM of the Demon.” [Albert Pike, Morals and Dogma, p. 737; Emphasis was in the original].  Freemasonry teaches standard White versus Black Magic, and believes its teachings put a man on the right-hand path of White/Good Magic.

Which wasn’t actually demonstrated by the quote here.

18).  NZ — Did not believe that Jesus Christ was the only way to salvation. They did not believe in Jesus Christ, even to the point where they believed that Jesus experienced the “Christ Consciousness” at the Baptism in the Jordan River.

Depends on the individual, I suppose. Some of the Nazis were quite devout in their Christian faith, some were not.

FM — Jesus Christ was an “inferior god” created by Ialdabaoth, who had been created by the god Buthos sexually uniting with Wisdom [Serpent].  Further, Jesus Christ was not actually human, but only had the appearance of a human.  Therefore, His suffering on the cross was also an illusion, an appearance only and not real. [Pike, Morals and Dogma , p. 563-567]. This Masonic teaching about Jesus Christ perfectly fulfills the Biblical definition of Antichrist teaching, in 1 John 4:1-3.

Pike doesn’t state anywhere that Jesus was an inferior god created by Ialdabaoth. I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to when you say that Jesus wasn’t actually human, but I’m guessing that you talking about Pikes division of the material and the divine. If so, Pike is saying that Jesus had two aspects, a divine one and an earthly one. Therefore, Jesus was not completely man nor was he completely God.

19). NZ — Hitler worshipped gods Thor and Odin, even renaming Thursday, “Thor’s Day”.  Ravenscroft reported that Hitler committed the German war dead to the dark god, Odin, believing these “sacrifices” would guarantee Nazi victory.

There’s no evidence to suggest that Hitler was a Norse pagan theologically. “Renaming” Thursday “Thor’s Day” isn’t really renaming it at all. It’s quite clear that Thursday means… That’s right, Thor’s Day. Let’s examine a couple of other languages:

Finnish: Torstai

Swedish: Torsdag (same in Norwegian and Danish)

And finally, German: Donnerstag, where Donner=thunder, Thor is the god of thunder, therefore, Thor’s Day

FM — Albert Pike also worshipped Thor and Odin.  “The Sclavono-Vendes typified the Trinity by the three heads of the God TRIGLAV; and the Pruczi or Prussians by the Tri-une God PERKOUN, PIKOLLOS, AND POTRIMPOS, the Deities of Light and Thunder, of Hell and the Earth, its fruits and animals; and the Scandinavians by Odin, Frea, and Thor.” [Morals and Dogma , p. 551-2; Emphasis in the original]

No, he discussed other people who did.

Masonic author, J.D. Buck, writing in Mystic Masonry , says that Freemasonry utilizes the Swastika to represent Thor’s Hammer. [p. 244-5]

See above.

Masonic author, Sarah Terry, writing in her Eastern star book, The Second Mile, identified the gavel as another symbol for Thor’s Hammer [p. 73; Masonic author, George Oliver, said same thing in Signs and Symbols , Macoy Publishing and Masonic Supply Co., p. 14]

This was also discussed earlier.

Finally, Thor is another name for Sirius, the blazing star, or the Pentagram. [Dr. C. Burns, Masonic and Occult Symbols, p. 326]  Pike further identifies Thor as the Egyptian Sun, and the Phoenician god, Baal. [Morals and Dogma, p. 368]  Now, finally, we know with whom we are dealing, since God condemns Baal worship and destroyed its priests, its temples and altars, and killed everyone who was worshipping him [1 Kings 16:30-3, 22:53; 2 Kings 17:16+]  Congratulations, Freemasonry, you are once again discovered to be worshipping the very same pagan gods which God of the Bible condemned and destroyed!  In fact, Thor is another name for Satan [Dr. C. Burns, Masonic and Occult Symbols, p. 326]

Right, so pretty much everything in that paragraph is wrong. Thor is not Sirius, or Satan, or Baal.

20). NZ — Stated that “the masses had been tricked into believing that patriotism was the highest ideal.” The highest ideal was one which went beyond national boundaries. Once this ideal had been achieved, all wars would stop and a millennia of peace would begin (Thousand Year Reich).  FM — Their constant promotion of the New World Order envisions the elimination of all national boundaries, fusing all countries into a United Nations.  Once this has been achieved, a superman will arise to lead the peoples of the world into a Millennia of Peace and Safety. His title will be The Christ, but we shall know him as the Biblical Antichrist.

Which Masons of course don’t do.

21). NZ — Triangles were thought of as aids in focusing the will into pure, blazing energy. [Ravenscroft, p. 163]

Again, evidence? Also, trigonometry must really be like concentrated evil. Thus far you’ve made it Satanic, Occult, Pagan and now Nazi.

We have identified 21 areas of common teaching, belief, and goals between Nazism and Freemasonry.

All of which are wrong or irrelevant.

The Laws of Probability are such that, if you have 12 areas of commonality, the chances of it being accidental are 1,000,000 to 1 against it.  Here, we have identified 21 areas of commonality.

The Laws of Probability dictate that you just pulled that out of your ass.

Then, we hear Masonic author, J.D. Buck, telling us that the teachings of the House of Theosophy was “precisely what is taught in the Lodges [quote above].  Since the House of Theosophy generally, and Madame Blavatsky specifically, had such a  huge influence on Adolf Hitler, we should not be surprised to learn that Nazism shares so much in common with Freemasonry.

Then we hear that no one takes J.D. Buck seriously.

Now you will be deceived no longer!  Now that you know the truth, the way in which you respond will determine your eternal destiny.  If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.

If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as Savior, but have come to realize His reality and the approaching End of the Age, and want to accept His FREE Gift of Eternal Life, you can also do so now, in the privacy of your home. Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there. Then, you can rest assured that the Kingdom of Antichrist will not touch you spiritually.

And that was the last part in this series. (Not so) Fortunately there’s another series like this on the Cutting Edge Ministries website, and it would be cheating to not go over it as well. So, that will be coming… sometime.

Cutting Edge Ministries, Part 5: Freemasonry & Sex

We’re almost done with our series on Cutting Edge Ministries, so let’s get right into it.

Let’s talk about sex, shall we?

The letter “G” figures prominently in Freemasonry.  In the lower degrees, the initiate is told that this letter stands for “God” and for “Geometry”, which the Supreme Architect of the Universe used to design this wonderful Cosmos.  However, occultist, and 33rd Degree Mason, Arthur Waite, quotes Eliphas Levi [also 33rd Degree], telling us that the letter “G” stands for Venus, and that Venus’ symbol is a lingam, a stylized phallis. [Masonic author, Arthur Edward Waite, The Mysteries of Magic: A Digest of the Writings of Eliphas Levi , Chicago, , DeLaurence, Scott, and Company, 1909, p. 217]

Right, first of all, the lingam isn’t quite a phallus. It’s a symbol Hindus use to represent creative energy, especially in modern times, divine energy. It’s attributed to Shiva. It’s a bit too simplistic to say “it’s just a phallus”. Second, Venus and a phallus have practically nothing in common. Venus is the feminine planet, not the masculine, so it wouldn’t make much sense to represent Venus with a phallus, would it? Furthermore, once again, I can’t locate your quote, which you’re not actually quoting, by the way, you’re just saying it exists.

The greatest Masonic author of all time, Albert Pike, agrees. He states [page 631-32 in Morals and Dogma ] that the Monad [#1] is male, and the Duad [#2] is female.  Their sexual union produces the Triad [#3], which is “represented by the letter ‘G’, the generative principle”.  This term, “generative principle”, is code for the sex act.

Yeah, no. This is what Pike writes:

“The Monad was male, because its action produces no change in itself, but only out of itself. It
represented the creative principle.
The Duad, for a contrary reason, was female, ever changing by addition, subtraction, or
multiplication. It represents matter capable of form.
The union of the Monad and Duad produces the Triad, signifying the world formed by the creative
principle out of matter. Pythagoras represented the world by the right-angled triangle, in which the
squares of the two shortest sides are equal, added together, to the square of the longest one; as the
world, as formed, is equal to the cleative cause, and matter clothed with form.”

So, no.

However, later on, the Mason learns a different, hidden meaning for the broken column.  “In Egyptian Mythology, Isis is sometimes pictured weeping over the broken column, which conceals the body of her husband, Osiris, while behind her stands Horus, or Time, pouring ambrosia over her hair.”  Isis was both virgin and mother, so the ‘beautiful virgin is Isis weeping.  The broken column is the missing member of Osiris, the Phallus. [Short Talk Bulletin, “The Broken Column”, Feb, 1956, p. 6-7; also Edmond Ronayne,  The Master’s Carpet (Mah-Hah-Bone), 1879, p. 387-88, and several other Masonic authors]

You can see Isis weeping over the broken column, while Horus, or Time, is standing behind her.  Horus is proven to be another name for Satan, and Isis is the consort of Lucifer.  What is Isis weeping over?  She has just lost her husband, Osiris, whose body was dismembered, including his penis, which had been cut into many sections.  Albert Pike wrote about Isis and Osiris, saying they were “the Active and Passive Principles of the Universe … commonly symbolized by the generative parts of man and woman …” [Morals and Dogma , p. 401]

First of all, Horus still isn’t Satan, nor is Isis Lucifer. Just to get that out of the way. Now, do note the way Pike qualifies the way the ancients used these symbols: “…were commonly symbolized by the generative pasts of man and woman ; to which, in remote ayes, no idea of indecency was attached…”

Here is a nice description of the broken column by a credible author.

The point and the circle carries a sexual connotation.  How can this be, you might ask?  If you have to ask that question, you do not have the mind and heart of a pagan.  One Masonic author states that this symbol is used in Sun Worship, and then says:  “The female principle, symbolized by the moon, assumed the form of a lunette [small circular opening], or crescent, while the male principle, symbolized by the sun, assumed the form of the lingam [Phallus] and placed himself erect in the center of the lunette, like the mast of a ship.” [“Point Within A Circle”, Short Talk Bulletin , August, 1931, Masonic Bulletin designed to read within the Lodges, p. 4]

Not in Masonry. Here are two descriptions of the point within a circle by Masons. And no, I won’t bother going into detail myself.

When the Satanist wants to depict the female sexual organ, he commonly uses the circle.  In this case, we are showing a type of circle that Satanists really love to use, called the “8-Step Path of Enlightenment”.  Satanists believe that a person needs to go through 8 separate steps to become fully enlightened spiritually.  The eighth and final step is the Sex Act.  Notice that the very center of this symbol is a very small circle.  This symbol is the ultimate female sexual representation.

Actually, Satanists don’t use that circle at all. Satanists don’t believe that a person needs to go through 8 steps to become enlightened. The sex act isn’t “a step” to become spiritually enlightened. Pretty much, that’s bullshit.

Now consider the obelisk, depicted here by the Washington Monument , probably the most famous of all the obelisks in the world.  Satanists believe that the spirit of the Egyptian Sun God, Ra, resides within the obelisk, and they pray to it daily three times daily, if possible, and facing East.  The obelisk is the most recognized of all phallic symbols.

Satanists don’t believe that, nor do they pray to Ra.

When the obelisk is depicted within a circle, the Satanists are depicting the sex act between male and female.  In Washington, D.C., the Washington Monument is sitting within a circle.  Freemasonry planned, designed, and created the Washington Monument.  The obelisk is greatly revered in Masonry, as a quick tour of any cemetery in New England will tell you.  You can immediately tell which graves are Masonic by the obelisks as their headstone; now, not all Masons choose the obelisk as their headstone, but I have never seen a person who was not a Mason choose an obelisk as their headstone.

The Satanist doesn’t depict sex with an obelisk within a circle. I have seen a non-Mason choose an obelisk as their headstone, on the other hand, I haven’t seen a Mason choose an obelisk as their headstone. Oddly enough.

You are looking at the most famous of the great public depictions of the sex act in the world.  This obelisk sitting in a Satanic 8-Fold Path Of Enlightenment Circle is in St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, the Vatican. I have always been amazed that the institution which so ardently and consistently preaches celibacy for its priests is the one that has the world’s most famous Satanic depiction of the sex act. You should immediately recognize that the reason this situation exists is because, right under the glitter of all theChristian names and words, is a Satanism just as deep and just a pervasive as any other in history. You can see this Satanism also by the Satanic Crucifix of Antichrist that Pope John Paul II holds in front of the devoted Roman Catholics every day.  You can see a write-up on this crucifix by clicking to “What Saith Rome?” section off our home page.

Yeap, that’s a whole bunch of bullshit. And no, I won’t attempt to provide evidence for this, since you’re not backing up your claims. I can’t prove a negative like that. Also, it’s pretty ironic that you’re attacking the Catholic church in an article that was supposed to attack Masons who, you know, were the most significant opponents of the Catholic church with the Rosicrucian Fraternity.

Masonic author, R.H. MacKenzie, states that “among Egyptians, the base [of the triangle] represented Osiris, or the Male Principle; the perpendicular, Isis, or the Female Principle; and the hypotenuse, Horus, their son …” [Kenneth R.H. MacKenzie,The Royal Masonic Cyclopaedia of History, Rites, Symbolism, and Biography , New York, J.W. Bouton, 1877, p. 743]  Thus, you can see that the hypotenuse was conceived as a result of the sexual union of the base and the perpendicular.  Within Masonic symbolism, the sex act is portrayed as the union of the perpendicular and the base.

…no… In Egypt the triangle was used to represent the trinity of Osiris, Isis and Horus, not sex. Furthermore, Masonry doesn’t use the symbols of Egypt.

To the Mason, the interlacing triangles of the hexagram depict sexual intercourse.  This symbolism is pure, Ancient Satanism, period, end of paragraph.

Actually it’s a symbol of balance and not Satanic at all, but it doesn’t seem like anything I say can change your perspective.

Yin and Yang is one of the most commonly used symbols today, including logos of many organizations and companies.  “Yin and yang are considered to be opposites.  Yin represents eternity, dark, feminine, left side of the body, etc.  Yang is its opposite, and represents history, light, masculine, right side of the body, etc.” [Philip G. Zimbardo and Floyd L. Ruch, Psychology and Life , 1977, Ninth Edition, p. 317]

Does Freemasonry adopt and use the symbolism of Yin/Yang?  Indeed, they do, but in a way as to hide the meaning form the “profane”.  Listen to Albert Pike.  The black and white pavement symbolizes “the Good and Evil, principles of the Egyptian and Persian creed.  It is the warfare of Michael and Satan … light and shadow, which is darkness; Day and Night, Freedom and Despotism … [Morals and Dogma , p. 14]

I had always wondered about the distinctive black and white squares on Masonic floors, as depicted on Washington’s apron, above.  Now we know they represent the extremely Satanic concept of Yin and Yang, the “favorite of sorcerers”.  Masons also use two triangles joined together to represent Yin and Yang.  Therefore, their depiction of the Hexagram also depicts Yin and Yang.  We have described the sexual connotation to the Mason of the Hexagram, above.

Calling something Satanic doesn’t make it so. Furthermore, making the mosaic floor out to be just an allusion to Yin and Yang is far too simplistic. I suggest reading the description in the Symbols of Freemasonry by Daniel Béresniak. And again, the hexagram isn’t a sexual symbol, it’s a symbol of balance.

However, Masonry also teaches standard Satanic lore about the Yin and Yang symbol.  Listen:  “Thus the monad [#1] and the duad [#2] were the phallus and kteis of the Greeks, the lingam and yoni of the Hindoos (sic) … and the Yang and Yin of the Chinese …” [George Oliver, The Historical Landmarks and Other Evidences of Freemasonry , New York, John W. Leonard and Company, 1855, p. 118]

Again, calling something Satanic doesn’t make it so.

The Yin and Yang symbol is also used to represent bisexuality and homosexuality within today’s New Age Movement.  It is also used to depict Divination. [Dr. C. Burns, Masonic and Occult Symbols Illustrated, p. 19-22]  Do not be deceived:  Freemasonry depicts Yin and Yang a little differently than a traditional New Age, or occultist, or Satanist.  They use the hexagram and the black and white tile floors; but, their belief in Yin and Yang is identical to the Satanist Mysteries.  But, why should we be surprised, for Albert Pike told us that Freemasonry is “identical to the Mysteries.”

It’s not used to represent the gay, that would be incredibly stupid. Furthermore, Occultists and Satanists don’t really use the symbol, it’s pretty widely rejected by them. Furthermore, you have no idea what Satanism is. And again, that “identical to the Mysteries” quote has been refuted time and time again.

Masonic authors boldly state that the symbolism of the traditional square and compass of Freemasonry represents the heterosexual sex act.  Listen to Albert Pike explaining this fact to members of the 32nd Degree.  “The Compass, therefore, is the Hermetic Symbol of the Creative Deity, and the Square of the productive Earth or Universe.” [Morals and Dogma , p. 850-1].  Therefore, the Masons look at the compass as the male phallus and the square as the female vulva.  As you look at the Masonic Emblem here, you can see the obvious penetration of the female square point by the points of the Compass.  One point of difference here is that the Satanist generally reverses the sex roles of the Compass and the Square.  However, whichever way you look at it, the Compass and the Square are thought of as depicting the heterosexual sex act.

Not really. That’s the problem with you fundamentalists, you’re so shameful of sexuality that you see it everywhere, whether it’s there or not.

Before we leave the subject of the Masonic Emblem of the Square and Compass, I want to show you a particularly evil symbol depicting the Square and Compass.

This scene depicts several unmistakable Satanic images, tied in with the Masonic Emblem, also known as the Square and Compass.  First, note the hexagram to the far left of the picture.  Remember, the hexagram is the most evil of all Black Magick symbols.  Witches have used it for years to cast curses on people; many people in the past few thousand years have died by having a hex placed on them.  Second, notice the Sunover head in this picture.  Just as the Egyptians did in the days when God cursed them and their religion, Freemasons worship the Sun in general and the Egyptian Sun God, Ra, particularly.  Finally, note that the sharp end of the square is driving deeply into the Holy Biblebeneath.  As Christian author, Ralph Epperson proves in his book, Masonry:  Conspiracy Against Christianity , the #1 top secret of Masonry is not that they worship Satan/Lucifer; rather, the #1 secret of Freemasonry is that they plan to eradicate Christianity in complete fulfillment of End Time prophecies!  This symbol captures this goal perfectly.  [This symbol was found on a Freemason Web Site,]

Shockingly, that’s all nonsense. The hexagram isn’t a Satanic symbol. There are occult(perhaps “magickal” would be a better word) uses for the form, but if it’s used that way, it’s connected to something else as well. It’s certainly not “the most evil of all Black Magick symbols”. Nor is it really a useful symbol for curses. There’s nothing Satanic about Ra. By the way, I really can’t see the square piercing the Holy Book, never mind “driving deeply into” it. So if Freemasons wanted to eradicate Christianity, why wouldn’t they, you know, try to do it?

“The lodge is a representation of King Solomon’s Temple and the Temple was calculated to symbolize the maternal human body, wherein the candidate must enter to be born again .  The uterus and vagina represent the porch of the Temple, the pillars of the porch represent the fallopian tubes, the network, the broad ligament with its accompanying blood vessels … and the pomegranate, the ovary and its exuberant seeds, the ova cells.” [Rollin C. Blackmer, The Lodge and the Craft: A Practical Explanation of the Work of Freemasonry, St. Louis, The Standard Masonic Publishing Company, 1923, p. 249; Emphasis added]

First, this reference to being “Born Again” is not only NOT Biblical, it is blasphemous AND Satanic.  Satanists have always tried to teach a counterfeit Born Again experience.

No, they have not.

As an occult initiate goes through his Initiation Ritual, when he is pulled back to his feet, usually out of a coffin, he is said to now be Born Again .

Not really, no.

Notice that Freemasons teach that a person is born again through the Masonic Temple, with no mention ever being made of the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

Freemasonry isn’t exclusively Christian. The Brother is free to make his own spiritual foundation.

Secondly, the Masonic depiction of the pomegranate is sexually explicit in the extreme.  In order to convince you of the paganism of Freemasonry, I am going to depict it, below. You can see the way they have split the pomegranate, they have depicted a woman’s sexual organ and both her legs. [We will have the occult symbol of the pomegranate up here soon, so you can see how they have twisted something so simple as a pomegranate into depicting sex]

It ain’t there.

I find it highly pagan to realize the obsession Masons have about sex, when they depict it in so many of their symbols and even in their own Lodge.  Can you imagine a Mason thinking about entering a woman’s vagina as he goes through the porch of the Masonic Temple?  Unbelievable!

I find your own obsession about sex rather telling.

Satanists have always equated the flaming torch as a symbol of Lucifer.

Not quite, but whatever.

“Lucifer, having regained his star and his diadem, will assemble his legions for new works of creation.  Attracted by his flaming torch, celestial spirits will descend … and he will send these messengers from unknown spheres to earth.  Then, the torch of Lucifer will signal ‘From Heaven to Earth!’ — and the (New Age) Christ will answer, ‘From Earth to Heaven’.” [Occultist Edourd Schure, quoted by Texe Marrs, Mystery Mark of the New Age , p. 240]

And were onto the liars and sensationalists. Texe Marrs, like his ilk, makes such basic, fundamental mistakes, including equating Lucifer with Satan, that I have no reason to even believe he’s ever read the Bible.

Masonic author, Manley P. Hall, 33 Degree Mason, states that “the torches represent the occult arts and sciences, the doctrines and dogmas by the light of which Truth is made visible.” [Hall, Freemasonry of the Ancient Egyptians to Which Is Added an Interpretation of the Crata Repoa Initiation Rite , Los Angeles, The Philosophers Press, 1937, p. 122; Emphasis added]

We also find it highly interesting that one of the Masonic publishing houses is called The Torch Press .

Please note that our symbol of the Statue of Liberty was the actual terra cota model constructed in 1870 by the Masonic sculptor.

Well, so?

In Satanism, virtually any perpendicular symbol is the phallus

That’s pure stupidity.

 so the torch certainly qualifies

It sure doesn’t.

indeed, one might wonder, from the explanation given, above, that the torch is Lucifer’s phallus, if the occultist really believes the torch is a symbol of the god.

Which would make no sense, in your context or any other.

The goddess holding the torch would provide a good female symbol.  Thus, the Freemason depicts the sex act every single day of every year, in New York harbor.

You really aren’t the right person to say that Masons are obsessed with sex. A little self-reflection might do you some good.

“The gavel is an important Masonic and Eastern Star symbol.”  [Dr. C. Burns, Masonic and Occult Symbols , p326]

The first thing I noticed about the symbol of the gavels is that they were always depicted upside down.  I would have thought they would have been depicted with the head of the gavel at the top.  However, we are not thinking like a pagan, who worships sex in all forms, and never lets an opportunity slip by him to depict the great sex act.

What did I just say about obsessions?

Masonic author, George Oliver, says that in ancient times, the gavel referred to the hammer of the God Thor. [Oliver, Signs and Symbols, Macoy Publishing and Masonic Supply Co., 1906, p. 14].

Well, no. Mjölnir was represented by, you know, Mjölnir, such as the one here:

We know that Thor is an ancient pagan god, one whom Freemasons worship.

However, Albert Pike makes identification of Thor very easy for us, as he states, on page 15 of Morals and Dogma, that Thor is another name for Sirius, the Blazing Star or the Pentagram.

I can’t quite find the statement you speak of (maybe you should actually quote him), but whatever, moving on.

Now you can see why this Masonic Web Site depicted three different types of gavels in the familiar pentagram, above right.

…what site?

However, on page 381, Pike also tells us that Thor WAS the Sun, the Egyptian Osiris, and Kneph, the Phoenician Bel or Baal.  The Bible tells us that worshipping Baal is identical to worshipping the Devil [1 Kings 16:30-33, 22:53; 2 Kings 17:16]  God condemned Baal worship, slaughtered the priests ofBaal , and finally abolished it altogether in Israel. Yet, here, Freemasonry boldly states that they revere him.

Which of course it doesn’t. This is really the equivalent of saying “all high school history teachers are Nazis”, because they teach the historical events of the Third Reich to their students. That’s just plain old stupid.

But, let us get back to the subject at hand, i.e., sexual connotations of Masonic symbols.  Masonic author, J.S.M. Ward states, “Thus we see that the hammer or gavel, and the Tau, were originally the same, and this is a natural evolution of symbols, for the Tau Cross is evolved from the Phallus, and that is the symbol of God the Creator …” [Ward, Freemasonry and the Ancient Gods , 1921, p. 238]

I find it highly interesting to see the Masonic authors admit they worship the creature rather than the Creator [Romans 1:25] because it shreds their flimsy claim to be Christian into a billion bits.  In this sentence, we see utter blasphemy against God.  Here, Masonic author, Ward, states that the Phallus is a symbol of God the Creator !  In His 10 Commandments, God made it very plain that He did not want man representing him by any created means in the entire world.  In Exodus 20, we see God going through quite a list of the symbols by which He did not want man representing Him.  Even though He did not list the Phallus, I am absolutely certain God would not want man thinking of Him as a Phallus!

1) Nowhere in that does Manly P. Hall state that Freemasonry worships the creature.

2) The second commandment refers to graven images and idolatry, in other words, the worship of idols. One does not have to worship a symbol in order to find it useful, much like the musician doesn’t worship the song.

3) Who the fuck do you think you are to tell people what God wants and what he doesn’t want? You have absolutely no right to even think of doing something like that. I believe that would be called blasphemy.

Fucking idiot…

When we were discussing the Triangle and the Hexagram, above, we displayed a Tau Cross [T-Cross] within a triangle and circle. We encourage you to refer to it now.  The Tau-Cross was originally created to worship the Babylonian god, Tammuz , a worship highly condemned in the Bible.  Thus, once again, we can see that Freemasonry is always lining up against God of the Bible, and for Satan of Paganism, even though their propaganda machine continues to churn out the opposite claim that they are Christian.

The Tau-Cross originated in Egypt, not Babylon. Satan has nothing to do with Paganism.

In the Masonic Report, we make this discovery:  Question:  What does Masonry’s emblem of the ‘Cross and Crown’ actually symbolize?”  Answer:  “The ‘Cross’ of Freemasonry is a philosophical cross, according to Albert Pike, ‘Morals and Dogma’, p. 771.  It is philosophical in the sense that it represents the generating fecundating principle by the perpendicular shaft [Phallus], and the matrix of womb of nature, the female producing principle[Female Vulva], by the horizontal shaft.  The philosophy of the Masonic cross is totally phallic.  The ‘Crown’ of this Masonic emblem is also phallic, it being the first emanation of the Cabalistic Sephiroth …” [C.F. McQuaig, The Masonic Report , Norcross, Georgia, Answer Books and Tapes, 1976, p. 34]

Look what they have done to the precious Cross of Jesus Christ!  How dare they take it and turn it into a phallic symbol.  Furthermore, how dare they take the precious Crown of Jesus Christ and turn it into a phallic symbol?  Actually, the Cross was made to be representative of the entire Sex Act — heterosexual intercourse — by pretending the perpendicular staff to be the phallus and the horizontal bar be the female sex organ!

The Masonic Report is anti-Masonic propaganda, so I don’t particularly care what it has to say.

One side issue that this quote settles is that this official Masonic publication, printed in contemporary times, 1976, quotes Albert Pike as an authority.  We have had many emails from Masons claiming that Albert Pike had been discredited by contemporary Masonry, and even some email suggesting that a “rogue” Albert Pike wrote Morals and Dogma and Magnum Opus .  We can now see that this is simply a lie designed to try to confuse.

Actually, it settles nothing.

Surely, you can now see that Freemasonry is most definitely NOT Christian

You’re almost-kind-of right here. Masonry is indeed not exclusively Christian. There are lodges that prefer different religions, including Islam and Judaism.

Every Mystery Religions in all of past history have had several things in common:

1)  They serve Lord Satan, most of them openly

2)  They reject the One True God of the Holy Bible

3)  God has brought every one of these Mystery Religions into physical judgment.  Freemasonry will be no different, but will get its judgment in conjunction with Antichrist.

All of these are wrong, of course, in ways that don’t really even deserve a retort. Suffice to say, there are mystery religions that still operate that don’t serve Satan. Indeed, there are mystery religions that are exclusively Christian.

That’s the end of this part. Needless to say, our preacher here has done little to prove anything, like one must come to expect. Next up: the thrilling conclusion of the “Freemasons worship Satan” series, where well talk about… Nazis?!

Cutting Edge Ministries, Part 4: Freemasonry & The Serpent

Time to have a go at Cutting Edge Ministries, once again. The subject of the day: snakes.

Albert Pike, in his monumental book, Morals & Dogma , speaks greatly about the importance of the worship of the serpent in the various pagan mysteries’ religions of antiquity.  As you read his description of the importance of the serpent worship, please bear in mind that Pike has dogmatically stated, “Masonry is identical to  the ancient Mysteries “, which means that all their teachings in all their books are precisely the same as the Ancient, Pagan, Satanic Mysteries! Now, let us hear from Albert Pike, 33 Degree Mason, of the Southern Jurisdiction.

And that, on the other hand, is yet more evidence that you haven’t read the books you constantly reference. I already went over the Pike quote back in part 1.

“The serpent entwined around the egg, was a symbol common to the Indians, the Egyptians, and the Druids.  It referred to the creation of the Universe.” [p. 496; teaching of the 25 Degree, Knight of the Brazen Serpent ]

In several past articles, we have noted that Freemasonry does NOT believe that the Universe was created by God of the Holy Bible, as recorded in Genesis.  This statement really supports that concept, as it dogmatically states that the serpent entwined around the egg is a symbol of the creation of the universe !

First of all, you must be misquoting that in some way, because that passage is nowhere to be found in Morals & Dogma. Second, Pike doesn’t say that Masons should believe this, he doesn’t say that it’s even a part of the Masonic symbology. He simply states that at some point people believed this. Lastly, a symbol has nothing to do with the actual event. I may choose to represent gravity as G=mg, that doesn’t mean that there are letters flying around in correct proportions, does it?

When Masonic authors Pike, Hutchinson, Churchward, and Oliver identify Masonry as coming from the Druid religion, this admission is extremely damning.  “Masons .. admire the Druids and some of them even claim that Masonry came from Druidism.  Of course, the Druids were occultic priests, practiced astrology, and offered human sacrifices.” [Dr. C. Burns, Masonic and Occult Symbols Illustrated, p. 28]

Cathy Burns has absolutely no credibility. She’s a sensationalist and a liar. Therefore, why would anyone care what she has to say?

Wonderful. This statement means that Freemasonry practices both White Magic and Black Magick witchcraft. The Illuminati practices Black Magick witchcraft, and so will Antichrist!

Proof? By the way, I find it adorable that you find bigoted, prejudiced people credible sources. By the same logic, Jewish people also sacrifice Christian infants, right?

The serpent “is found upon the Temple of Naki-Rustan in Persia, on the triumphal arch at Pechin, in China, over the gates of the great Temple of Chaundi Teeva, in Java; upon the walls of Athens … The Mexican hierogram was formed by the intersecting of two great Serpents, which described the circle with their bodies, and each a human head in its mouth.” [NOTE: Pike capitalized Serpent, above, to denote Deity]  While we may think it abhorrent for a snake to be swallowing a human, we discover that the Satanist had a different point of view.  A Satanic book of symbols, entitled, Magic Symbols , says that a snake swallowing a human being symbolizes “the process of initiation. When a man has prepared himself as to achieve insight into the nature of the spiritual realm, then he is said to be an initiate. A true initiate is one who has been given, or who has earned, such wisdom as permits him to look on such a brilliant influx of spiritual light … without damaging his vision.” What this gobble-dee-gook means is that a man has to be prepared to worship Satan, because such worship goes against all of God’s instinctive knowledge about Himself which He has placed in every man. Of course, this is exactly what Freemasonry does. As a man is invited to go up the degrees, he is told more and more things, until finally, about the 28th Degree, he realizes he is worshipping Lucifer, the good god. He has been mightily prepared for this revelation, so he can “look on such a brilliant influx of spiritual light without damaging his vision”!

Umm… No…? Feel free to provide evidence, but as it stands, there’s nothing backing that up.

“Among the Egyptians, it was a symbol of Divine Wisdom, when extended at length; and with its tail in its mouth, of Eternity.”  [Again, Pike capitalized Divine Wisdom and Eternity, denoting Deity]  All the pagans in every era have used the serpent to worship and to consider as symbolic of Wisdom.  A Satanic book of symbols, entitled, Magic Symbols, says, “… we shall see the deeper implications of the serpent as a symbol of wisdom …” This figure, above, is identified as being one used in the practice of Alchemy, an art normally thought of as attempting to turn base metals into gold, but which also has a spiritual objective of achieving eternal life. By the way, this symbol of the snake devouring its own tail is called “Ouroboros”. [p. 11; Emphasis added]

The serpent eating its own tail is a symbol of infinity, yes. A serpent was also often used to represent wisdom. By the way, why do you keep referencing that book, Magic Symbols? It has no authority in the occult world, whatsoever. It’s at best irrelevant.

This symbol is also called, “Ouroboros”, but its meaning is deeper.  “This snake, sometimes called the Ouroboros, is a symbol of Time, from which alone Wisdom springs.  The snake encircles the two symbols of the extremes of created life — the child and the death-symbol of the skull.  Between them, the child and skull are intended to symbolize the ‘beginning and then end’.  As a whole, the emblem may be interpreted as meaning, ‘In the end, is my beginning’, or ‘The End is Found in the Beginning’, which is approximately what the Latin around the circle means.”  [ Magic Symbols, Ibid.] These two statements are speaking of the pagan belief in Reincarnation

Reincarnation isn’t actually all that common in paganism. Also, I’m not quite sure where you’re going with this.

I also am offended by the fact that the Satanist views the entire created world as being surrounded and controlled by the serpent, as this second Ouroboros depicts.

But… they don’t.

Does Freemasonry share this belief that the serpent symbolizes time, as this second Ouroboros indicates?

That’s not what it symbolizes.

Yes, they do.  Listen to Pike explain this succinctly.  “A serpent-ring was a well-known symbol of time.” {Ibid., p. 497]

Which doesn’t mean that they themselves believe it. Please, please attend a logic class. I’m pretty sure they teach that on the elementary school level.

As Pike is explaining the Mason’s spiritual belief about the serpent, he mentions the Zodiac, bees and honey.  Listen.  “The Virgin of the zodiac is bitten in the heel by Serpens, who, with Scorpio, rises immediately behind her; and as honey, the emblem of purity and salvation, was thought to be an antidote to the serpent’s bite, so the bees of Aristaeus, the emblems of nature’s abundance, are destroyed through the agency of the serpent, and regenerated within the entrails of the Vernal Bull.  The Sun-God is finally victorious.” [Ibid.]  Note that Masonry identified also identifies itself with the pagans who divine the future by studying the entrails of a bull.  This is such blatant Satanism!

And of course, Masonry does nothing like that… And by the way, that’s not Satanism. Read a book sometime.

Thus, throughout Masonic symbols, you consistently see the symbol of the bees and their beehive.  I had always been curious as to why the beehives were so commonly depicted on Masonic web sites, because Christianity does not use this symbol.  But, now, thanks to Pike, we now know.  Note, also, that the honey depicts “purity” and “salvation”.  This symbolism is also blasphemous, because the Bible depicts purity as either Jesus Himself, or as white wool, or as a white garment.  Salvation is depicted as the Cross or Jesus arising from the grave.  But, the pagans are surely true to the Biblical description of them as “worshipping the creature rather than the Creator” [Romans 1:25]

And you surely seem to dumb for this world. Are all of the Christian symbols that weren’t used in the Bible blasphemous as well? Such as, you know, the Cross? Also, like I said earlier, occultists don’t worship symbols. That’s utter stupidity

The July, 1998, issue of The Scottish Rite Journal states that the eagle was also a symbol of regeneration and rebirth. [Jim Tresner, 33 Degree, “Wings of the Eagle, Wings On Our Feet”, Scottish Rite Journal, July, 1998, p. 7.  But, another Masonic writer returned back to the symbolism of the snake as regeneration, or reincarnation.  [Herbert F. Inman, Masonic Problems and Queries, London, England, A. Lewis, Ltd., 1987, p. 210.  Also stated by Charles G. Berger, Our Phallic Heritage , New York, Greenwich Book Publishers, Inc., p. 204.]

In fact, listen to how the Satanic book, A Dictionary of Symbols, explains the importance of the snake. “Snakes are guardians of the springs of life and of immortality, and also of those superior riches of the spirit that are symbolized by hidden treasure … the serpent is the life-force which determines birth and rebirth and hence it is connected with the Wheel of Life …” {Cirlot, A Dictionary of Symbols , p. 286-288]

Yes? Oh, and the book isn’t Satanic.

Albert Pike gives us the explanation for these two Masonic columns, both of which depict a serpent.  “Serpents encircling rings and globes, and issuing from globes, are common in the Persian, Egyptian, Chinese, and Indian monuments.  Vishnu is represented reposing on a coiled serpent, whose folds form a canopy over him.”  [Pike, Morals and Dogma, teachings of the 25th Degree, Knight of the Brazen Serpent , p. 500]

However, we are in for a rude shock. Notice that the column on the left not only has a serpent encircling a globe, but notice also that the globe itself has wings. Another source quotes H.G. Wells as saying that the winged globe is “to become the symbol of the New World Order when it overtly rules the world.” [Fritz Springmeier, The Watchtower and the Masons , Portland, Oregon, 1992, p. xi]

Yeah, one of these “sources”, that are less credible than the local town drunk.

That means the Masonic column on the left depicts the symbol of the final Kingdom of Antichrist, his New World Order!  Once again, we have a strong connection between Freemasonry and the coming Kingdom of Antichrist.

And you know this, because…?

We now draw your attention to the Masonic Apron depicted here.  You will note the All-Seeing Eye on the left upper , the Sun worship symbol in the right upper , and the beehive with bees toward the bottom, all very typical Masonic and Satanic symbols.  But, note the centerpiece symbol, with the Satanic Death’s Head in the middle of the Masonic Emblem of the Compass and Square.  Notice that this symbol is surrounded by an Ouroboros, the snake eating its own tail.  Further, notice that two sprigs of evergreen bough are below the Compass and Square; the Satanist uses the evergreen to depict eternal life.

Funny how you try to use “Satanic” and “Masonic” interchangeably. Well, honey, they’re not. The symbols you try to frame as Satanic do not work in a Satanic context.

But, now, let us listen to two Masonic authors shed even more light on this subject: “The Serpent is universally esteemed a legitimate symbol of Freemasonry.” [George Oliver, Signs and Symbols , New York, Macoy Publishing and Masonic Supply Company, 1906, p. 36]  Now at least we know the truth about Freemasonry!  Its “legitimate symbol” is the serpent, and note the capitalization of serpent, above, denoting Deity.  This is another admission by this Masonic author that Freemasonry worships Satan, the Devil [Revelation 12:9]

Much like you just capitalized Satan, denoting Deity.

“The serpent is the symbol and prototype of the Universal Savior, who redeems the worlds by giving creation the knowledge of itself and the realization of good and evil.” [Manly P. Hall, 33 Degree Mason, The Secret Teachings of All Ages , the Philosophical Research Society Press, p. lxxxviii.]

Can you imagine such blasphemy?  Freemasons depict the Universal Savior of the world as the Serpent.  This boldly damning statement was never meant for public eyes, because this book was published as a secret book.  Now do you see why Freemasonry insists that their Initiates take a solemn vow to never divulge their secrets, under the penalty of having their throat slit and being disemboweled?

Actually, The Secret Teachings of All Ages was never “a secret book”. It was open to the general public the day it was published. Also, if a Mason does release information of the Fraternity (like some have done in the past), they aren’t actually killed. They’re shunned and forever forbidden to join a Masonic Lodge, but that’s pretty much it.

But, Albert Pike, the most revered 33 Degree Mason of all time, has more blasphemy.  Listen to him describe the Ouroboros, the symbol of the serpent devouring his own tail. “It is the body of the Holy Spirit, the Universal Agent, the Serpent devouring its own tail.” [Morals and Dogma , p. 734, teachings of the 28th Degree, Knight of the Sun, or Prince Adept]

Thus, Freemasonry blasphemes both Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit of the Trinity.  What did Jesus Christ say about this type of situation?  “All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.” [Matthew 12:31-32]

What, mentioning the Holy Spirit is now blasphemy. I’m sorry, love, looks like you’re going to Hell. I’m quite serious, too. Pike just mentions the Holy Spirit in passing to describe a force in the world. There was no urinating on Bibles and crosses involved.

The facts are now in:

Freemasonry is boldly, completely, and totally Satanic.

If you say so.

And were onto shaming people into joining a fundamentalist cult, no reason to go there. Right, that was part 4, and wasn’t it an odd one. For some reason, all of the “I’m not saying anything, I’m just saying” of the earlier parts was dropped to give way for… what, you mentioned a snake, ergo you’re evil? I’m not quite sure.

Next up: part 5, this time with hot, Catholic sex.
